Kilo Properties was formed in 2011 by Paul Clark, a well-known and well respected commercial property developer with over 20 years’ experience.
Specialising in retail and leisure developments, Paul has managed numerous schemes across the UK. And, by working closely with local authority planning departments, investors and interest groups, he ensures every project is delivered on time and meets the requirements of the occupier and wider community.
Over the years Paul has built a reputation for ‘getting things done’. It's why local authorities and major retailers choose to work in partnership with him on their projects.
