At Kilo Properties, we take responsibility for every stage of the project: From site acquisition and applying for and obtaining planning permission, to delivering unique, high quality buildings to the occupier that are sensitively designed to suit and enhance their local environment.

But how we do it is by understanding what our clients want; by working closely with planning departments; and by listening to the needs and concerns of local interest groups.

Every stage of the project

For each individual project, we put together a team of experienced consultants with the relevant skillset. Of course, every commercial development project has its challenges and objections to overcome. But we deal with these by working together, and thinking creatively and imaginatively.
